Since IT came to business It effected on design of products, on support process, real time shipment tracking and being able to transfer money quickly and visual over online for both customer and sales representative.

Also it changes the range of customers and producers from local to global. The competition between producers will increase. Competitors have to offer a better quality, try to increase the customer’s satisfaction and the same time they should work on the price of their products.

On the graph below it shows the effect of IT on business, and all are because of new way of communication that has inverse of before.

Technology has been changed a lot in the last century. One of the most well known changes in last century is on Information technology (IT). Communication is an example of it. As you all know we can talk with someone from other side of the world and see his/her face at the same time which was unbelievable few years ago. With this change on transferring data it is clear that how it can effects on information that people have. How easily news will transfer to another place.
